Rebellious You

It’s there inside us, waiting to appear;

Crushed, hidden, pressurized,

At times overlooked, unrealized.

Some sparks are all that it require,

To come to light,

People roar and bite.

The motherland weeps bloody tear,

Social or political anarchy,

Protest is the only key.

Some mental trauma or fear,

Family abuse or trouble

Hopes burst in bubble.

When the walls hit your rear,

The rebel inside,

Opens its eyes wide.

Never put off in you the fire,

Be distinct in crowd,

It’ll make you proud.
